Grill insert (set - consisting of 2 parts)
Our specially manufactured grill inserts allow you to use the cast iron grill plate or our very special grill grid V 200.91-1 in your wood-fired oven! (Both items can be found above under the ‘Recommendations’ tab).
Simply remove the fireclay bricks from the upper baking chamber and insert the grill inserts into the guide rails instead. Then place either the cast iron grill plate or the cast iron grid on top - done!
Suitable for our wood-fired ovens ‘le Grand, le Petit, le Rond’
replaces the 2 existing fireclay bricks in the upper baking chamber of your wood-fired oven
