Our Tarte dough is just like bread or rolls, manually produced. Each dough piece is weighed, shaped, and rolled out by hand. The dough is then formed on a hotplate, cut to size and then freshly wrapped. We here at Ramster, are following old traditions and handcrafts! These particularly thin dough pieces are produced especially for Tarte flambé and therefore provide the best basis for your various delicious creations. All food products leave our house fresh! Our dough pieces are not mass produced! Mass production is available in supermarkets or other retail sectors. Our Tarte flambé dough is produced by a small family with a lot of love in old traditions and handcrafts. The dough is made without preservatives and flavor enhancers, only high quality natural products are used.
