Monolith LeCHEF BBQ Guru- Black incl. frame
The MONOLITH BBQ Guru Edition was developed in cooperation with our American partner BBQ Guru. Especially with the MONOLITH, the temperature can also be regulated very well via an electronic control. That is why we developed the MONOLITH Classic and LeChef with an integrated blower.
No more annoying attaching of adapters to the supply air opening. The cooking chamber temperature is determined by a temperature sensor and transmitted by cable to a controller. This controls the integrated blower, which regulates the embers via the amount of oxygen blown in.
The controller also detects when the lid is opened and adjusts the air supply for the duration of the opening.

The LeChef is made for grillers who want to create great things. With the 52 cm grate and various additional grates, there are absolutely no limits.
