Apollo ‘all-in-one’ charcoal grill / water smoker AS200K-1
The all-in-one Apollo® 200 charcoal grill and smoker can be used for wet and dry smoking or as a charcoal grill with lid. Each grill/smoker chamber (attachment) contains a large grill grate with a diameter of 41 cm. The grill lid has an integrated bar and meat hooks for hanging fish, ribs or sausages. Several ventilation slots ensure excellent temperature control, while temperature eyelets on each grill level allow temperature sensors to be inserted for monitoring. An accurate lid thermometer also reveals the temperature without having to open the lid unnecessarily. Tight-fitting hinged doors provide easy access to the water pan and charcoal basket. Changing places? Handles on the sides make it easy to carry the barbecue to wherever you need it!
