With two grill bonnets, two SIZZLE ZONE™ burners, an infrared rear burner and the POWER side burner, the Prestige PRO™ 825 almost puts its colleagues in the shade. Because this barbecue definitely sets new standards when it comes to barbecuing: The entire construction is made of high-quality stainless steel, while the chrome accents along the side shelves and the stylish control panel with SAFETY GLOW™ dials immediately catch the eye. The larger of the two grilling surfaces features four lower stainless steel burners, an infrared rear burner for spit-roasted dishes and a special smoker insert with its own burner. This allows you to transform your gas barbecue into a smoker in no time at all. Right next to it is ‘steak heaven’. 
Under the second grill bonnet are two infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ burners with extremely high temperatures for searing steaks and a stainless steel tube burner in between for even heat distribution and keeping food warm. This dual bonnet system makes it possible to grill completely different foods at the same time. Thanks to the LIFT EASE™ design, both grill bonnets are particularly smooth-running and space-saving, so you can also place this mega grill close to a wall or house wall (please observe the applicable safety regulations). In addition to these two grilling surfaces, the ring-shaped power burner on the side is also waiting to be used. The round ceramic infrared burner is surrounded by a burner that serves individually as a side burner for heating and keeping warm. While the POWER side burner has a cast iron grill grate, WAVE™ bar grill grates made of 9.5 mm thick stainless steel under the two grill bonnets ensure even heat distribution and the typical Napoleon branding. Flame protection inserts made of stainless steel form an extra surface and thus become flavour rails that give the food a particularly aromatic grill note. 
These flavour rails are particularly easy to clean thanks to their straightforward and well thought-out design. The two large grease drip trays that can be pulled out from the front also make cleaning easier. If the barbecue takes a little longer, the SAFETY GLOW™ control dials, which change from blue to red light when gas is flowing, and integrated halogen interior lighting ensure bright enjoyment. In addition to all the parts and functions mentioned above, the scope of delivery also includes two warming grids, which keep food warm when it has been grilled on the length of the grilling surfaces. The warming rack on the larger grilling surface can be used when the high-quality rotisserie set supplied is not in use. This consists of a rotisserie spit motor, a spit with counterweight and four meat forks.
