You love flame salmon? Included in the package is a flame salmon holder that clamps perfectly to the side pan. And here's the kicker: You can attach up to five flame salmon holders to the side pan at the same time! Our unique flambeau holder not only allows the board to be tilted (as with other flambeau boards), but can also be easily moved forwards to the fire or backwards, making it unnecessary to reposition the charcoal.
The flambeau holder can be clamped onto the side tray, which can be attached to our Toms western kitchens, in just a few seconds.
