Tips & accessories for use
To make grilling with a spit a little easier, we recommend always using a drip tray. This catches dripping fat and gravy, which makes cleaning easier later. The spit and forks can be easily washed with hot water and detergent, soaking for a few minutes if necessary. The motor should be turned off and disconnected from the power source before cleaning. It can then be wiped clean with a slightly damp cloth. Please follow the instructions on the manual.
