Perfect baking results: The baguette baking tray is made of thick carbon steel and has a food-safe non-stick coating. The many small holes in the tray ensure ideal heat distribution during baking so that you can bake the perfect baguette with a crispy outside and a soft inside.
Flexibility: The baking tray holds three baguettes so that you can bake them at the same time. You can experiment with different types of dough and toppings to suit your taste. The baguette tray measures 38x23 cm and therefore fits perfectly in any Ramster wood-fired oven.
Easy to clean: The bread baking tin is particularly easy to clean with a damp, soft cleaning cloth and a little washing-up liquid. Wipe off any moisture, place in a slightly hot oven, dry and store. Due to its non-stick coating, the baguette baking tray is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher, as this would damage the non-stick coating.
Durable: The baking tray is made of heat-resistant carbon steel and is therefore particularly durable and heat-resistant up to 230°C. You can bake delicious French baguettes with these special bread baking accessories. Baguette pans require regular maintenance before baking. Apply a thin layer of butter before use, bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes, then remove and wipe clean with kitchen paper.
Time saving: You can save time and effort with our baguette mould. You don't have to go to the bakery, but can bake your baguettes quickly and easily at home. Do not use metal, steel balls, scouring pads or corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning to avoid scratching and damaging the coating.
